Rosa's BACK!

Morning all, hope your week is going swimmingly so far.

No-one had the heart to tell them that their bungees had been unclipped ages ago

I’d like to start today by welcoming back an old friend and fantastic performer to the Higher Space, Stuart Waters!  Stu returns to resurrect his old alter ego Zac Zen, the mischievous bumbling magician, from our festival favourite Rosa’s Bar.  He’ll be in rehearsals with the rest of the cast of Rosa’s, including Robert Guy, Dani B Larsen, Matt Reynolds and Jamie Ogilvie- our Technical Director over at Wired- for the next couple of weeks ready for our next batch of performances on the horizon. 

We kicked off the day with a warm up jog down by the Liverpool docks, and then it was straight into company class- which, incase you hadn’t heard, is now open for all to attend.  I caught a bit of the moves on film for you, so you can see Rob and Stu being put through their paces.

Rosa’s and Straw Dog, which also features the dynamic duo of Rob and Stu, is going to be showing at Step Up Bradford on Saturday 23^rd July, but if you can’t wait that long to see a bit of bungee at it’s best, then you’d better get on over to Swansea this weekend because we’ll be performing the very first Rosa’s Bar of the year as part of Dance Days in Castle Square.  You can see all our performance dates on the diary page of our website, so if you’ve got a day off coming up, hop along and see what we’ve got going on!  Click here

Of course, if you can’t make it to either shows in the coming few weeks, then the best way to show your support for Wired is to go out sporting a snazzy company tee!  We’ve go a limited supply of Wired wear available to buy for just £10 per shirt and £20 for a hoody, so you can saunter down the street in style…alliteration aside, they really are pretty cool (I’ve got one in grey, mmwahaha) but there’s only so many, and once they’ve gone, they’ve gone!  Drop us an email to place an order.
